Not to be left short on our notations of “lists,” comes this little collection of Detroit-brewed watering holes. Truly a city in Renaissance, this hard luck metro is less than half the size it used to be, from a population of 1.85 million in 1950 to around 700,000 today (the region still holds a population of 5.2 million), the city is experiencing a bit of a comeback unter the leadership of current politicians and business titans.

It’s worth remembering how truly great Detroit has been to get excited about its future again…and the beer industry can be a huge part of that.
